Refund Policy

If you wish to refund or exchange your item, we allow up to 14 days upon receiving your order to email us at ddbelza1031@yahoo.com or DM us via Instagram @rwclothing.shop.

Refund

If your item damage was damaged, we need you to send us an email or DM, email us at ddbelza1031@yahoo.com or DM us via Instagram @rwclothing.shop. We then need you to discuss your issue with the product and photos along with it. We then will send you a shipping address for you to send the damaged product back to us. NOTE we are not responsible for you shipping the product back to us. Once we receive the product and it passed inspection by our team we will issue the refund.

Exchange

If you have second thoughts on the size you ordered don't worry, we will refund your order as soon as possible. Just contact us by email at ddbelza1031@yahoo.com or DM us via Instagram @rwclothing.shop.  We will then send you a shipping address for you to send the product back to us. NOTE we are not responsible for you shipping the product back to us. Once we receive the product and it passed inspection by our team, we will issue the refund for you.
